Cancellation by customer

Cancellation by Abdoul Agadir Elite
Full refund or alternative offered at no additional cost in the following cases:
- Dangerous weather conditions
- Force majeure (natural disaster, disturbance of public order)
- Technical or logistical problem on our part

The date and time of receipt of your message are taken into account when calculating the cancellation deadline.
Refunds on online payment
If you paid online via PayTab, the refund will be processed on your bank card within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. No processing fees are retained by PayTab on refunds. We do not store any banking information — refunds are initiated directly with PayTab.
Reservation changes
Any modification request (date, time, number of participants) must be made at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Contact us directly by WhatsApp or email.
