General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern any reservation made with Abdoul Agadir 573 SARL.

2. Reservations

All reservations are firm and final after written confirmation from us (e-mail or WhatsApp) and payment of the requested deposit. Reservations can be made via our website, by WhatsApp or by email.

3. Rates

Prices are indicated in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, they include:

Return transport from Agadir or Taghazout
Supervision by an approved local guide

Excluded: meals, paid entrances to tourist sites and personal expenses. The applicable price is that in effect at the time of confirmation.

4. Payment terms

We accept the following payment methods:

Secure online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via PayTab — PCI DSS certified. Payment link: pay.tab.travel/abdoulagadir
Cash (MAD or EUR) on the day of the excursion, by prior arrangement

We do not store any banking data. All online transactions are processed securely by PayTab.

5. Cancellation and refund

Consult our Cancellation Policy & Reimbursement detailed. In summary:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before: full refund (100%)
Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before: partial refund (50%)
Cancellation less than 24 hours before / no-show: no refund

Refunds on online payments are processed via PayTab within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Responsibility

Abdoul Agadir 573 SARL undertakes to provide the services described and to ensure the safety of participants. We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, extreme weather conditions, political unrest or the behavior of a participant. Each participant is responsible for their own personal travel insurance coverage.

7. Personal data

The data collected during the reservation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts are those of Inezgane (Agadir), Morocco.
